The Challenge

Pak-Tec had built a good reputation in the industrial packaging automation space, offering equipment solutions
across case coding, inkjet printing, stretch wrapping and end-of-line automation.

However, the company’s existing website no longer reflected the quality of its product portfolio
or met the expectations of modern industrial buyers.

Outdated Digital Presence

The website felt dated and visually inconsistent, weakening credibility with prospective clients evaluating Pak-Tec against more modern competitors.

Poor Product Navigation

Visitors struggled to explore Pak-Tec’s product categories and find relevant equipment solutions, creating friction throughout the buyer journey and reducing the likelihood of inquiry.

Weak User Engagement

Users were spending minimal time on the site, signaling that content structure and UX flow were not holding attention or guiding visitors effectively toward conversion.

Limited Conversion Architecture

The site lacked clear calls to action and defined pathways to move industrial buyers from product discovery through to inquiry or consultation.

Pak-Tec required a strategically planned, conversion-focused digital platform built to support its full product range and engage a technically minded industrial audience.

Heavy Dependence on Paid Media

The firm relied significantly on paid search and paid social campaigns because the existing website underperformed organically.

Spanish SEO Limitations

Existing multilingual functionality failed to properly index Spanish-language content in Google, limiting reach within a key target market.

Brand & Messaging Inconsistencies

The firm wanted a stronger digital identity, a clearer value proposition and a more authoritative online presence aligned with its reputation in the legal industry.

The Solution

We approached the project as a full-scale web design, beginning with strategic planning
and carrying through to design and development delivery.
  • Site Planning & Information Architecture

We conducted a comprehensive site planning process to map audience needs, define user flows and define distinct conversion funnels for different product verticals.

We established a navigation structure based on Pak-Tec’s product categories and reorganized the sitemap.
  • UX Strategy & Conversion Design

We redesigned the user experience with a focus on engagement and lead generation, prioritizing clear product presentation and strong calls to action throughout.

Our team implemented a mobile-first design approach to ensure the site performs effectively across the devices used by buyers in the field.
  • Modern Visual Design & Brand Presentation

We delivered a custom website aligned with the expectations of industrial buyers and consistent with category leaders, using cohesive typography, imagery and layout across all pages.
  • Custom Development & Technical Foundation

The site was built on a custom WordPress platform configured for long-term scalability and ease of content management.

We implemented technical SEO best practices, including redirect strategy, metadata structure and performance optimization. The platform can support future marketing initiatives, including content, SEO and paid media campaigns.

Building HP’s Global Customer Rewards Platform

Managing a worldwide rewards program across physical retailers and ecommerce stores required a unified system that could protect customer data, simplify administration and deliver a consistent experience in every market.

Our team developed a custom loyalty portal that let customers upload purchase receipts, review their point balances and redeem available rewards.

The platform attracted 40,000 active members in its first six months, while 56% of customers returned to make another purchase.

Modernizing Devensoft’s M&A Software Website

Devensoft’s advanced M&A platform was not being represented effectively by its existing website. Unclear messaging and a difficult user journey caused many visitors to leave before reaching an inquiry form.

We replaced the original site with a fully redesigned experience built around clearer product communication, intuitive navigation and more direct conversion paths.

Over the following year, the number of active users climbed 45.9% to 6,200, and engaged sessions increased by almost 47%.

Creating A Clearer UX For Wodwo’s AI Platform

Wodwo needed a website that could explain a highly technical AI modeling platform quickly and clearly to a specialized audience.

We developed the brand strategy and designed the complete digital experience, combining interactive content, live data dashboards and an integrated chatbot. The result was a more engaging product journey that helped qualified prospects understand the platform, explore its value and move forward with less friction.

Improving GeoComm’s Interface

Although GeoComm is a trusted provider of GIS technology for 9-1-1 centers and emergency response teams, its former website made important information difficult to locate.

We rebuild site architecture around audience needs and browsing behavior. Technical GIS and public safety topics were translated into more direct, accessible messaging without weakening GeoComm’s expertise or credibility.

The redesigned website now helps key audiences find relevant information faster and presents GeoComm as a leading authority in public safety technology.
