I could not be happier with the experience I had working with Digital Silk. From the jump, everything was planned out, professional and everyone on the team took the time to understand what our goals were.

Me not knowing anything about websites, Silvio and the team took over the project, kept me on track on what I needed to do and it never felt like this project was taking over my life. Everyone I worked with was responsive and easy to communicate with. Could not have been a better experience.

Our company had such a great experience with Digital Silk! Their design work is incredible, but also they made the process very easy. Something that is most important to us is communication; David was our main point of contact, and he overdelivered, making sure we had complete clarity as to next steps. Highly recommend!

They built a stunning website for my company. Truly everything we wanted, and were able to get it on time. Thank you especially to Emily, Monica, and Violet.

Patient with us as we worked through different iterations of our website and continue to helped us even after we launched

Great experience working with Digital Silk on marketing campaigns. We have been working together for 2 years and they are very professional and dedicated to my projects.

I cannot say enough good things about Digital Silk and the team I have had the pleasure of working with, especially Liz, Victor, and Ana. We have spent a lot of time together on this project, and somewhere along the way it stopped feeling like I was simply working with an agency and started feeling much more personal. There has been so much collaboration, so many conversations, plenty of back and forth, and a lot of laughs. At this point, they really do feel a little like family. Liz has been especially wonderful to work with. We may never agree when it comes to sports or soccer teams, and I am still convinced I am the one with better judgment there, but I could not ask for a better partner throughout this process. Liz, Victor, and Ana have all been responsive, thoughtful, patient, creative, and genuinely invested in making sure we are happy with the work. We are still working together, which I am very happy about, and I fully expect this partnership to continue. They have also been a great value for the level of service, attention, and expertise they bring to the table. I have felt very good about the investment and even better about the people we chose to work with. I would absolutely work with Digital Silk again on future projects and would recommend them to anyone looking for a team that knows what they are doing but is also made up of really good people. 10/10. Highly recommend.

I came to Digital Silk with a lot of ideas, a lot of opinions, and not enough clarity around my messaging and they somehow turned all of it into a brand that finally made sense. From strategy and pitch decks to the website, the process was sharp, creative, professional, and actually fun. I'm admittedly a bit picky, but Lizardo, Silvio, Ana, Rejia, Hana, Emir ( and everyone working behind the scene!) and the whole team handled it with patience, humor, and great taste. They listened, challenged ideas in the best way, and helped bring the vision to life. Grateful to them ALL!

Digital Silk did an outstanding job redesigning our website. Their team was responsive, creative, and committed to delivering a site that better reflects our brand and supports our business goals. A special thank you to Ryan, who has been an exceptional partner throughout the entire project! The team's communication, attention to detail, and willingness to help at every stage made the process smooth and enjoyable. We recommend Digital Silk to any organization looking for a reliable web development partner.

Our company website needed a major update and we decided to look for a new web design company to help us. I interviewed a few and we decided to go with Digital Silk. It was the best decision we could have made. From the beginning the customer service was exceptional. Thomas Quinn our sales representative set the tone then once we committed he helped us transition to Mariana Carballo who started managing our project and because she was so amazing was promoted and we were transitioned to another great person, Silvio Ghedin. We didn't create a few pages that weren't included in our contract and Silvio went above and beyond and created them for us. Also the Jamie Maloney the client partner VP was always available with extra support whenever we needed it. I would highly recommend Digital Silk for any Website design needs. They are quick, efficient and the process was smooth. Now that our website is updated we are continuing to partner with them to help us with our marketing needs.

We've had an outstanding experience working with Digital Silk on our website project. From the very beginning, their team took the time to understand our vision and consistently brought creative ideas and solutions that helped us achieve a design that perfectly reflects our brand and business goals. One of the things we appreciated most was their ability to truly understand what we were trying to accomplish, even when it was difficult to put into words. They transformed our ideas into a professional, visually appealing, and highly functional website that exceeded our expectations. Throughout the entire process, the Digital Silk team was responsive, reliable, and easy to communicate with. Whenever we had questions, updates, or requests, they were readily available and quick to respond. Their professionalism, friendliness, and exceptional customer service made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. If you're looking for a web design partner that is creative, attentive, easy to work with, and committed to delivering high-quality results, I highly recommend Digital Silk. Their expertise and dedication made all the difference.

Liz, Milana and the Digital Silk team were a pleasure to work with! I appreciated their expertise, attention to detail within the legal space and patience throughout our entire process. I always felt like I was in great hands with our dedicated team. Liz did an amazing job of keeping me up to date with our progress and helped keep me on track. Redesigning our firms website was a heavy lift, but we are very pleased with our end results!

The team at Digital Silk were great to work with and we are thrilled with our new website. It was a very complicated project and Daniel and Tanja stuck with us through all of it. We are already seeing a marked improvement in user engagement. Digital Silk's dedication to make this a WCAG Level AAA site puts Portland Public Library a head of the curve.

Great work and lots of amazing talented individuals working here.

Been working with Digital Silk for almost a year now, and I've been nothing short of impressed! They truly feel like an extension of my team, rather than just a marketing agency we hired. It's nice to find a group of people who ACTUALLY CARE! Looking forward to working with them for years to come. Thanks for everything!

Digital Silk is at least the third web dev and marketing agency we have worked with and, by far, the absolute best! We have been thrilled with their insights and ideas for our rebranding and website dev, along with their campaigns for our ongoing marketing. Beyond the excellent work that they do with all of the "tasks", the team is kind, compassionate and so enjoyable to work with. I cannot recommend them enough! Thanks, DS team – Legacy Handcraft is so grateful for you!

As the IT Manager overseeing this project, I've worked closely with the Digital Silk team throughout the redesign of our company website, and I honestly couldn't be happier with how it's gone. From day one they've been easy to work with, responsive, and genuinely invested in getting the best outcome for us. They took the time to understand our business, listened to our feedback, and weren't afraid to challenge our thinking when they believed there was a better approach. That collaboration has made a real difference to the end result. The communication has been excellent, the project has stayed well organised, and the quality of the design and user experience has exceeded our expectations. What has impressed me most is that the team genuinely cares about the success of the project, not just ticking off milestones. A big thank you to everyone we've worked with. It's been a great partnership and I'd have no hesitation recommending Digital Silk to any business looking for a web design agency that combines creativity, professionalism and a genuine commitment to its clients.

I worked with Digital Silk for many months, great experience, great company. I worked with Petar and Jamie, they were great to work with all around! Highly recommend this company. Absolute pleasure doing business with them.

We have had a very positive experience working with Digital Silk and have gone back to them with additional work. Would highly recommend!

I can't say enough about my experience with Digital Silk. My team was creative, professional and delivered on time. They really listened to what i said and delivered exactly what i was looking for in a new site and seo. My team was international but they responded in a timely manner and were easy to correspnd with. What a phenomenal experience. I would recommend Digital Silk to anyone looking to work with the best team possible.

I'm very satisfied with the work Digital Silk did for my website.

Not only they built a modern, professional site that meets todays standards and search engine requirements, but their team was so professional, well organized, easy to work with, and always kept me updated through Zoom meetings, emails, and messages.

They provided great suggestions and valuable insights, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Excellent service from start to finish.

Thanks a lot for all your help!

From day one Digital Silk has been highly professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. We weeded out several other providers offering similar services with little to no results and spent thousands of dollars and hundreds of man hours trying to find a firm that would suffice our paid and organic marketing needs while also performing an overhaul of our entire website. Digital Silk hit all of the marks for us and we have been working with them for quite some time now! If you're searching for a company to take on your design and marketing needs, Digital Silk will fit that bill!

My experience working with Digital Silk has been nothing short of outstanding. As a physician with more than 30 years of experience, I have come to value professionalism and efficiency highly — and Digital Silk has exceeded those expectations at every step.

Their team combines expertise, resourcefulness, and efficiency with an impressive ability to listen and adapt to client needs. The process was seamless, streamlined, and executed with the utmost professionalism.

I recommend Digital Silk without reservation.

Working with Digital Silk was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Their team took the time to understand our vision and turned it into a website that not only looks incredible but also performs exceptionally well. They provided valuable advice and new angles we hadn't considered, helping us refine our copy and layout for maximum impact. Since the launch, we've seen a clear increase in conversions thanks to the improved funnel design and user experience. The entire process was smooth, collaborative, and results-driven. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend Digital Silk to anyone looking to elevate their online presence.
