I could not be happier with the experience I had working with Digital Silk. From the jump, everything was planned out, professional and everyone on the team took the time to understand what our goals were.

Me not knowing anything about websites, Silvio and the team took over the project, kept me on track on what I needed to do and it never felt like this project was taking over my life. Everyone I worked with was responsive and easy to communicate with. Could not have been a better experience.

Our company had such a great experience with Digital Silk! Their design work is incredible, but also they made the process very easy. Something that is most important to us is communication; David was our main point of contact, and he overdelivered, making sure we had complete clarity as to next steps. Highly recommend!

They built a stunning website for my company. Truly everything we wanted, and were able to get it on time. Thank you especially to Emily, Monica, and Violet.

I came to Digital Silk with a lot of ideas, a lot of opinions, and not enough clarity around my messaging and they somehow turned all of it into a brand that finally made sense. From strategy and pitch decks to the website, the process was sharp, creative, professional, and actually fun. I'm admittedly a bit picky, but Lizardo, Silvio, Ana, Rejia, Hana, Emir ( and everyone working behind the scene!) and the whole team handled it with patience, humor, and great taste. They listened, challenged ideas in the best way, and helped bring the vision to life. Grateful to them ALL!

Digital Silk did an outstanding job redesigning our website. Their team was responsive, creative, and committed to delivering a site that better reflects our brand and supports our business goals. A special thank you to Ryan, who has been an exceptional partner throughout the entire project! The team's communication, attention to detail, and willingness to help at every stage made the process smooth and enjoyable. We recommend Digital Silk to any organization looking for a reliable web development partner.

I cannot say enough good things about Digital Silk and the team I have had the pleasure of working with, especially Liz, Victor, and Ana. We have spent a lot of time together on this project, and somewhere along the way it stopped feeling like I was simply working with an agency and started feeling much more personal. There has been so much collaboration, so many conversations, plenty of back and forth, and a lot of laughs. At this point, they really do feel a little like family. Liz has been especially wonderful to work with. We may never agree when it comes to sports or soccer teams, and I am still convinced I am the one with better judgment there, but I could not ask for a better partner throughout this process. Liz, Victor, and Ana have all been responsive, thoughtful, patient, creative, and genuinely invested in making sure we are happy with the work. We are still working together, which I am very happy about, and I fully expect this partnership to continue. They have also been a great value for the level of service, attention, and expertise they bring to the table. I have felt very good about the investment and even better about the people we chose to work with. I would absolutely work with Digital Silk again on future projects and would recommend them to anyone looking for a team that knows what they are doing but is also made up of really good people. 10/10. Highly recommend.

Our company website needed a major update and we decided to look for a new web design company to help us. I interviewed a few and we decided to go with Digital Silk. It was the best decision we could have made. From the beginning the customer service was exceptional. Thomas Quinn our sales representative set the tone then once we committed he helped us transition to Mariana Carballo who started managing our project and because she was so amazing was promoted and we were transitioned to another great person, Silvio Ghedin. We didn't create a few pages that weren't included in our contract and Silvio went above and beyond and created them for us. Also the Jamie Maloney the client partner VP was always available with extra support whenever we needed it. I would highly recommend Digital Silk for any Website design needs. They are quick, efficient and the process was smooth. Now that our website is updated we are continuing to partner with them to help us with our marketing needs.

The team at Digital Silk were great to work with and we are thrilled with our new website. It was a very complicated project and Daniel and Tanja stuck with us through all of it. We are already seeing a marked improvement in user engagement. Digital Silk's dedication to make this a WCAG Level AAA site puts Portland Public Library a head of the curve.

Been working with Digital Silk for almost a year now, and I've been nothing short of impressed! They truly feel like an extension of my team, rather than just a marketing agency we hired. It's nice to find a group of people who ACTUALLY CARE! Looking forward to working with them for years to come. Thanks for everything!

Digital Silk is at least the third web dev and marketing agency we have worked with and, by far, the absolute best! We have been thrilled with their insights and ideas for our rebranding and website dev, along with their campaigns for our ongoing marketing. Beyond the excellent work that they do with all of the "tasks", the team is kind, compassionate and so enjoyable to work with. I cannot recommend them enough! Thanks, DS team – Legacy Handcraft is so grateful for you!

From day one Digital Silk has been highly professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. We weeded out several other providers offering similar services with little to no results and spent thousands of dollars and hundreds of man hours trying to find a firm that would suffice our paid and organic marketing needs while also performing an overhaul of our entire website. Digital Silk hit all of the marks for us and we have been working with them for quite some time now! If you're searching for a company to take on your design and marketing needs, Digital Silk will fit that bill!

I worked with Digital Silk for many months, great experience, great company. I worked with Petar and Jamie, they were great to work with all around! Highly recommend this company. Absolute pleasure doing business with them.

We have had a very positive experience working with Digital Silk and have gone back to them with additional work. Would highly recommend!

I'm very satisfied with the work Digital Silk did for my website.

Not only they built a modern, professional site that meets todays standards and search engine requirements, but their team was so professional, well organized, easy to work with, and always kept me updated through Zoom meetings, emails, and messages.

They provided great suggestions and valuable insights, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Excellent service from start to finish.

Thanks a lot for all your help!

Working with Digital Silk was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Their team took the time to understand our vision and turned it into a website that not only looks incredible but also performs exceptionally well. They provided valuable advice and new angles we hadn't considered, helping us refine our copy and layout for maximum impact. Since the launch, we've seen a clear increase in conversions thanks to the improved funnel design and user experience. The entire process was smooth, collaborative, and results-driven. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend Digital Silk to anyone looking to elevate their online presence.

Hiring Digital Silk was the best decision I have made when it came to building/launching my online business. Digital Silk has proved to me countless times that they are willing to go the extra mile in every way. They handled the branding, websites, social media, and the endless little tasks that come with starting a new business.

Digital Silk's services are extremely affordable, and always over-deliver. My new brand and website is so gorgeous, and everything was well within the budget we agreed upon.

I plan on working with Digital Silk for every single business adventure I have in my future. Can't wait for the next project!

Amazing company to work with! They brought our school website to the next level!

We new website design not only looks unique in our space, it's outperforming our old website traffic and leads by 25%. Very pleased with our decision to use Digital Silk.

Reg Reinoso is an amazing Digital Strategist. I am so grateful for her timeliness, support and knowledge into the marketing world. She has made my experience with Digital Silk amazing!

I have had a truly exceptional experience working with digital silk. My branding team was very responsive throughout the entire process and they delivered a beautiful product! I initially had some concerns when starting my search for a web design company, especially with so many stories of businesses falling victim to scams. However, after working with Digital Silk, I can confidently say that those fears were completely unfounded.

From the very beginning, the team was professional, transparent, and attentive to my business needs. They took the time to understand my vision and transformed it into a beautifully designed website that exceeded my expectations. Their creativity and technical expertise were evident in every aspect of the project.

The communication was seamless, and any concerns or questions I had were addressed promptly and with great care. It's clear that the team at Digital Silk is passionate about delivering high-quality work, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.

In the end, not only did they create a fantastic website for my business, but they also restored my confidence in working with online design firms. I highly recommend Digital Silk to anyone looking for a reliable, talented, and professional web design team.

Thank you, Digital Silk, for an outstanding experience!

I had Digital Silk redesign my website after the first 2 companies messed it up. This has been a great experience so far. Reg and Danka were great to work with and have done an amazing job on our site. I was so happy with our project manager Reg that she has stayed on to make sure that the the next phase of the project (marketing) also gets the same level of detail we received on the build out. They are not the least expensive but take it from someone who threw away money with two other companies it is worth paying to get a great site.

Digital Silk provided an amazing experience from start to finish. Not only did they have a unbeatable price for services, they provided incredible quality and an amazing team. They were able to dive deep on our brand and provide a new brand book, [plus] a modern and fresh web design and with robust functionality. The customized CMS is perfect for our needs and easy to use. We highly recommend Digital Silk. (Verified via email)

We really appreciated the time Digital Silk invested in getting to know our company and our needs, […] translating that information into our web design. They have been incredibly helpful and responsive to our questions, concerns, and additional training pieces. They did a great job following up with us to ensure the project was completed.
