The design and user experience no longer reflected a property with this level of global recognition. For a licensing business where the site is often the first stop for a prospective partner, the gap between the brand’s stature and its digital presence was costing them credibility in the first thirty seconds.
Information was disorganized across the site, with key details missing entirely and the same kinds of content presented inconsistently from one page to the next. There was no reliable way for a visitor to understand what the franchise actually encompassed.
The site structure was overly complex and difficult to move through. Franchise history, media, licensing information and news were not separated in a way that matched how any of the site’s audiences approached it.
The property’s major film, television, comic and stage productions had no pages of their own. A century of work — the strongest proof available in a licensing conversation — had nowhere to live on the site.
Prospective licensees arriving to evaluate the brand had no structured route from the franchise’s track record to a licensing inquiry.
ICLS is the first and only international organization representing the cinematic lighting community, but its site didn’t convey that global reach, and dated navigation made membership benefits hard to understand.
We redesigned the site around clear conversion funnels with well-defined membership tiers, added a comprehensive video library and educational resources, and built a platform where members can share expertise with each other.
In the two months after launch, returning users rose 41.6%, new users rose 21.1% and organic sessions grew 59%.
Lifestyle, the Emmy-winning production team behind Lifestyle with Roy Ice, reached more than 4M weekly viewers on television but had no TikTok presence at all and flat performance on Instagram.
We cut 100+ long-form episodes into branded Reels and TikToks with hooks and subtitles, launched TikTok from scratch, supplied weekly trend guidance, captured behind-the-scenes B-roll and ran Instagram Collabs with celebrity guests.
Within months the brand passed 1.2M video views, gained over 21K TikTok followers, averaged a 4.2% Instagram engagement rate and grew TikTok reach by 654%.
NASCAR wanted to reach a younger, digitally native audience and raise the profile of its Cup Series drivers, in a way that felt personal and shareable rather than like traditional marketing.
We built an interactive, motion-led quiz that matches fans to the driver they’re most like, categorizing participants as new, casual or avid and serving tailored questions accordingly, with a results “garage” showing each fan’s top four drivers.
The quiz collected over 80,000 emails, and 36% of participants identified themselves as first-time fans — enough to make it a blueprint for campaigns across NASCAR’s other racing series.
G2 Esports ran its shop and its fan content on one site that served neither well: pages took 6.23 seconds to load, conversion sat at 0.65%, cart abandonment reached 70.58% and only 19% of visitors returned.
We audited leading esports storefronts and built fan personas around G2’s core 18–24 audience, then rebuilt the sitemaps to cleanly separate shop categories from entertainment destinations, adding filtering, wishlists and a unified Teams, Fan Arena and News hub.
The launch gave G2 a distinct shop and fan hub, a modular shopping experience and a template-driven CMS built to scale with the roster as new teams, players and creators are added.
Geissele was capturing high search intent during sale periods but had no way to nurture those warm leads across the rest of the year, and its email platform gave the team too little data to make informed decisions.
We segmented campaigns by user intent, built automated flows serving discounts and reminders to visitors who had already shown purchase intent, migrated the data to a new platform for better tracking, and cleared out unengaged subscribers.
Revenue from email doubled year over year. During a single four-day Fourth of July sale, 1.3M emails drove 120K website visitors and lifted sales of Geissele-manufactured products by 40%.
