Miami, FL – June 30, 2026 – Hopewell In-Home Senior Care serves families across Tallahassee, Gainesville, Jacksonville and Tampa. Its website was 12 to 15 years old.
The aging platform made it hard for families to find care quickly. Organic visibility was limited, and inquiries routed inconsistently between offices.
Caregiver applications were tough to complete on mobile. And the internal team couldn’t manage content without outside vendor help.
Hopewell partnered with Digital Silk on a full rebuild on WordPress. The new site launched May 1, 2026, keeping Hopewell’s existing logo while modernizing the visual system and conversion paths.

Hopewell had built a strong reputation for compassionate care. Its website no longer reflected that credibility.
Misrouted inquiries were a recurring problem. The old site had no way to connect a family’s request to the right local office by geography.
Routine updates were slow, too. Changing staff info, services or location details required outside vendor support.
A WordPress Platform Built Around Local Search and Routing
Digital Silk simplified conversion paths around phone calls and free consultations. Stronger CTAs, clearer navigation and dedicated service pages anchored the redesign.
Local SEO architecture targeted both service and location-based search, backed by office-level pages and an interactive map.
The build added location-based form routing, a dedicated veteran care pathway with VA-covered care messaging, and mobile-optimized caregiver applications. A scalable CMS now gives Hopewell’s team direct control, with accessibility built in from the start.

Both metrics moved the same direction early on. That’s a sign visitors are finding and using the site more effectively.
Beyond the numbers, the rebuild solved real operational problems. A scalable local SEO foundation now covers every Florida market Hopewell serves, and routing was built specifically to cut misrouted submissions.
