The Challenge

MEG had the expertise, service depth and educational content to support physical therapy business owners.
The website did not make that value easy to navigate, understand or act on.

The Backend Was Split Across Page Builders

The site used both Elementor and Avada, which made routine updates more difficult. This created extra work for the internal team and made the site harder to maintain as MEG’s content and marketing needs grew.

The Design Did Not Match The Business

MEG works with practice owners on high-value business decisions, but the website did not communicate that level of expertise. The visual experience needed to feel more intuitive, organized and aligned with its B2B lead generation needs.

Service Pages Did Not Guide Users Toward Inquiry

Visitors could browse the site, but the path from learning about MEG to contacting the team was not direct enough. Calls to action, page hierarchy and service connections needed to help users move from research to inquiry with less friction.

Underused Resources & Slow Updates

MEG had hundreds of blog posts, podcast episodes and educational resources, but the site structure did not make the most useful content easy to find.

The existing backend also slowed down routine marketing updates and made ongoing content management more complicated than necessary.

The Messaging Did Not Explain The Full Offering

The previous website did not fully show how MEG combines business consulting with operational services such as billing, credentialing and compliance. Practice owners needed to understand not only what MEG does, but how those services connect to practice growth.

THE SOLUTION

We built a custom website to help physical therapy practice owners find the right service and
understand MEG’s valuable role in the process.
  • Easier Navigation For Practice Owners

Our team restructured the site around the information physical therapy owners are most likely to look for: business consulting, billing, credentialing, compliance and educational resources.

We adjusted page hierarchy, navigation and calls to action so users can move from service research to inquiry without unnecessary steps.
  • Service Messaging That Explains MEG’s Role

We rewrote and reorganized key messaging to show how MEG supports both business strategy and day-to-day operations. The content now connects consulting, billing, credentialing and compliance into one practical business management offering for physical therapy practices.
  • A More Professional B2B Healthcare Design

Our team redesigned the visual experience to match MEG’s position in the healthcare management space. The new interface uses a more user-friendly layout, organized content sections and service-focused page design to help build trust with practice owners evaluating a business partner.
  • Resource Structure For Blogs And Podcasts

We reorganized MEG’s educational content so blogs, podcasts and resources are easier to browse and use. The new structure helps visitors find relevant insights while giving MEG more opportunities to connect thought leadership back to its services.
  • CMS Setup Without Conflicting Builders

We replaced the mixed-builder setup with a more manageable CMS structure. Modular page components allow MEG’s team to update content, add pages and manage resources without depending on overlapping tools like Elementor and Avada.
  • SEO Structure For Healthcare Management Searches

Our team improved the site architecture, metadata and content hierarchy to support organic search visibility. We also prioritized topics related to physical therapy practice management, healthcare business consulting and operational support.
