Modula needed more qualified leads and better conversion rates, but its online visibility and educational content weren’t good enough to explain its complicated products.
As a full-service digital marketing agency, we used an integrated strategy across Google and Bing, SEO and social media, with each campaign using keywords from our search-intent analysis.
Over 18 months, the campaign was producing:
Learning Tree was new to affiliate marketing, with limited publisher relationships and little visibility across important networks, leaving a major revenue channel underdeveloped.
We built and managed the program end to end, researching the best-fit publisher segments, recruiting and onboarding partners and matching each training course to the audiences and content formats that convert.
A year in, the program was seeing:
AGS Devices had a strong industry reputation but little to no digital footprint — invisible to new prospects on LinkedIn and Google, with no SEO infrastructure in place.
We launched a multi-channel campaign across SEO, LinkedIn Ads and content marketing to reach key B2B decision-makers in aerospace, industrial and healthcare manufacturing.
Within three weeks, the campaign was driving:
AutogenAI, a generative AI solution for proposal and grant writing, needed to build brand trust in the competitive US market while lowering acquisition costs.
Our team implemented a data-driven strategy across Google PPC and LinkedIn Ads, with audience segmentation and retargeting to nurture prospects through a complex buying journey.
Within six months, the campaign was generating:
G Pen, a frontrunner in the vaporization industry, needed an effective way to showcase the features and benefits of its diverse product portfolio across distinct audiences.
We set up unique marketing campaigns for each product, optimized the website funnel, and developed segmented email and SMS campaigns across multiple platforms.
By year-end, the strategy delivered:
NASCAR needed a fresh way to engage a younger, digitally native audience and expand its fan base beyond traditional marketing tactics.
We developed an interactive, motion-driven quiz that helped fans discover which Cup Series driver they’re most like, collecting over 80,000 emails and identifying thousands of new NASCAR fans.
The quiz drove:
SEO, paid media, content and email run on shared audience data and a single set of KPIs, so performance in one channel directly informs the next.
Every campaign starts with a technical audit, followed by content strategy and site architecture built around how your specific audience searches.

We start by answering a simple question: does the metric has a direct impact on your revenue or just your mood? Impressions, followers, sessions and rankings are useful diagnostics as they tell us whether the top of the funnel is working, but we don’t report them as results.
What we focus on is conversions, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend and, for B2B companies, qualified leads and pipeline.
These targets are agreed with you before the project launch and we ensure the tracking behind them is verified, because a KPI measured on broken tracking is just a nicer-looking vanity metric.
We start with a full audit to define a baseline before changing anything: existing campaign and account performance, tracking and data quality, spend efficiency, content and SEO health, and whatever contracts or commitments are in place.
We take a clean handover of access to your ad accounts, analytics and tools – in your name, not ours – and hold one-to-one sessions to understand previous experiences and the history behind the numbers.
Legacy tracking issues and wasted spend are the priority, because they distort everything else.
Then, we agree on KPIs and define a strategic plan to test and scale what drives results. We’re especially careful in the handover process, not to disrupt previous setups that were delivering good results.
We audit before we spend. Our data team works from a detailed, multi-layer checklist: verifying tags actually fire, testing every conversion event end to end, checking cross-domain and server-side tracking, reconciling platform numbers against analytics and your CRM, and hunting for duplicate or double-counted conversions.
AI tools help us spot data anomalies quickly, then a data specialist completes a manual secondary review before sign-off.
Nothing goes live on a tracking setup we haven’t validated – optimizing against bad data is worse than not optimizing at all.
Yes, we believe in full transparency and constant iteration to drive results. Campaigns may underperform for several reasons and there is no magic formula that adapts to all business models.
These are the most common causes for poorly performing campaigns: the offer isn’t compelling, the audience is wrong, the landing page leaks, or the tracking was misreporting.
Our process is to identify the issue through data analysis, then rotate creatives, tighten targeting, fix the page, or move budget to a channel that’s converting.
We’ll walk you through real life examples on a call. Any agency claiming nothing has ever underperformed is either new in the business or lacking transparency in their approach.
They fund each other. Paid channels deliver traffic and conversions from day one and, just as valuably, allow us to understand within weeks which messages, audiences and keywords actually convert.
This is real data instead of assumptions. We feed that information into the SEO and content plan, so the organic efforts target proven demand rather than guesses.
Over time, as organic picks up the terms you were paying for, we adapt the strategy by reallocating budget from those terms into new keyword and business opportunities.
Typically, we’d focus more towards paid early on and rebalance as organic compounds.
SEO, PPC, paid social across Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok, organic social, email marketing and automation, content marketing, digital PR & link building, and conversion rate optimisation.
We adapt the channel allocation strategy for each of client’s business models: the right mix depends on buying cycle, margins and audience.
A B2B company with a six-month sales cycle needs a very different plan from a DTC brand, and we allocate budget according to the best performing channels.
We track updates closely and monitor volatility across our whole client base, which means we usually see a shift affecting several accounts before it’s confirmed publicly.
But we deliberately don’t build strategies on loopholes, because those are exactly what updates target. We’ve come to understand that the work that survives algorithm changes is the same every time: genuinely useful content, solid technical foundations, fast pages and real authority.
Search is also changing shape, with AI overviews and LLM answers becoming a new discovery channel, so we now optimise for being cited in those queries, not just for SERP rankings.
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn and TikTok are the platforms we work with the most, plus YouTube when the audience justifies it.
LinkedIn tends to earn its higher cost for B2B; Meta and TikTok deliver the best results for consumer brands.
Because we track performance rigorously at the channel level, budget allocation follows return on investment – if a platform isn’t delivering, we’ll present you the results and consider moving away from it, rather than keep it running to look busy.
We develop custom strategies per platform. Cross-posting the same asset everywhere is the fastest way to waste budget – a LinkedIn audience, a TikTok audience and a Google searcher have completely different mindsets and objectives.
What we do keep consistent is the core message and branding guidelines, so you’re easily recognisable everywhere.
How the message is expressed, its format, length and hook are built natively for each platform. We test multiple variants per channel and let performance decide which ones we scale.
You own all of it. Ad accounts, analytics, historical performance data, audiences, and the creatives built specifically for you are yours and stay in your name.
We’re added to your accounts as managers, not owners. If you leave, you keep everything, and we’ll do a structured handover with supporting documentation and utmost professionalism.
Our philosophy is that clients stay with us because we grow their businesses, not because we hold their accounts hostage.
Fewer than you’d expect, because we allocate people by hours rather than by client count. Every account has a defined number of hours per role each month, and workloads are planned against available capacity and reviewed weekly.
This ensures every team member has enough time to properly work on their portfolio. You’ll be assigned a dedicated Client Partner, Marketing Director, project manager and channel specialists.
We’re happy to tell you exactly who is working on your account, what their other commitments look like, and how many hours a month each of them is working on your project, just ask us on the call.
We work across B2B and SaaS, ecommerce and retail, healthcare and consumer health, manufacturing and industrial, chemicals and ingredients, professional services, franchising, and food and beverage, among others.
We’re generalists by design in the sense that our process and expertise transfers across sectors, but the strategists on your account will know your market and do the research before starting working on your project.
We won’t work on anything illegal, anything built on deceptive or exploitative practices, or businesses whose model depends on misleading their own customers.
Beyond ethics, we also turn down projects where we can’t find a realistic path to a return – if your budget or timeline can’t produce a result that helps your business grow, we’d rather have a straight conversation upfront and suggest other alternatives, than sign a contract that would disappoint both parties.
