The Challenge
Three Disconnected Sites, Three Diluted Signals
Gallery Systems, ArtSystems and ArtBinder each ran on separate legacy sites with thin content and no shared SEO strategy. Every piece of content, every backlink and every ounce of authority was split three ways rather than compounding in one place.
Organic Visibility In Freefall
Organic keywords dropped 89% in a year, from 2,720 to 305. Indexed pages fell 61%. Domain Rating went from 62 to 45 in the space of two months. For a business whose buyers research extensively before ever requesting a demo, that trajectory was a commercial problem, not a technical one.
A Premium Product On Non-Premium Sites
Gallery Systems’ suite is trusted by institutions that hold national collections. The sites it lived on didn’t look or feel premium, and with institutional buyers — curators, registrars, museum directors — that gap actively undercut credibility.
Four Audiences With Genuinely Different Needs
Buyers range from institutional collections staff to commercial galleries, art dealers and private collectors. The fragmented structure gave none of them a coherent route to the product built for them.
Three Sites Structured Nothing Alike
The three properties had been built separately and organized on completely different logic. Merging them into one coherent, UX-optimized architecture was the hardest part of the engagement, and the reason site planning carried more weight here than in a typical rebuild.

1,000+ Completed Projects
Harlem School Of The Arts’ Digital Platform
Harlem School of the Arts needed a site that matched the energy of its programs, with an outdated, non-responsive design making class registration difficult and weak SEO limiting who could find it at all.
We delivered a vibrant, mobile-first design with restructured navigation, technical SEO improvements, ADA compliance, and clear conversion funnels for registration, ticketing, inquiries and donations.
In the first 90 days post-launch, the site drew over 13K new users, lifted organic traffic 43% with 759 new backlinks, and saw engagement times 3x higher on organic than direct traffic.
International Cinema Lighting Society’s Member Platform
ICLS is the first and only international organization representing the cinematic lighting community, but its site didn’t convey that global reach, and dated navigation made membership benefits hard to understand.
We redesigned the site around clear conversion funnels with well-defined membership tiers, added a comprehensive video library and educational resources, and built a platform where members can share expertise with each other.
In the two months after launch, returning users rose 41.6%, new users rose 21.1% and organic sessions grew 59%.
Portland Public Library’s Community-First Redesign
Portland Public Library had the content but not the structure. Programs, events and resources were hard to surface, navigation had accumulated inconsistently over years, and keeping content current took more effort than it should.
We restructured the information architecture around how visitors actually search, built accessibility in from the start, created clear pathways to event registration and program participation, and delivered a modular CMS the internal team can run without developer support.
Comparing the five weeks after the February 2026 launch to the previous period, average engagement time per active user rose 47.82% and average engagement time per session rose 18.38%.
Northwestern Medill’s Five-Audience Strategy
Medill served five distinct audiences through one platform and converted at just 0.60%, with bounce rates of 61.98% overall and 86.32% on paid traffic, and desktop pages loading in 3.4 seconds.
We audited six peer institutions, built a school-wide UVP plus program-specific value propositions, defined 10 landing page designs, and restructured the sitemap around how audiences actually search and apply.
The engagement carried strategy through to a full redesign with five distinct audience journeys and a stat-driven homepage built on a scalable template system.
AUBG’s World-Class University Rebuild
AUBG’s 2014 site ran on outdated technology unsuited to an audience that was over 70% mobile, carrying duplicate page titles across every course page, 65 broken pages, 1,321 broken backlinks and a failing 33/100 page speed score.
We ran a five-step process benchmarked against peer universities, delivering a custom multilingual WordPress build with an accessibility toolbar, Technolutions Slate CRM integration, and a rebuilt SEO foundation resolving the broken links and Core Web Vitals failures.
Since launch, Domain Rating is up 10.3%, top-3 keyword rankings up 197% and estimated organic traffic value up 79%.
