The Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five Diamond resort — named “No. 1 Best Destination Resort” for the sixth time in USA Today’s 2026 Readers’ Choice Awards — has relaunched its website to bring its accommodations, dining, spa, events and other guest experiences together in one digital destination. 

How To Put a Five-Star Stay on a Screen 

Acqualina has spent 20 years defining luxury on the beachfront, with accommodations, dining, wellness, family experiences and events all forming part of the stay. The challenge for Digital Silk was to translate that breadth into a website that felt cohesive, intuitive and unmistakably Acqualina. 

Digital Silk began with Acqualina’s positioning, audiences and business goals, then built the digital strategy around four priorities: revenue, brand awareness, credibility and guest loyalty. From there, the team developed a new brand book and style guide before moving into site architecture, UX, design and development. 

The result is a fully custom, conversion-focused website with distinct paths for Acqualina’s four main experiences — accommodations, dining, spa and events — supported by a custom CMS, booking engine integration, interactive maps, event calendars and a live beach camera.

The redesigned site brings Acqualina’s core guest experiences into one digital destination, with clearer pathways for exploring accommodations, restaurants, spa offerings and events. 

Guest reviews, awards, CSR recognition and the Leaders Club loyalty program further reinforce the resort’s credentials, while mobile-first layouts and a video-led homepage carry Acqualina’s visual identity across devices. 

Digital Silk also rebuilt the site’s sitemap, navigation and URL structure, incorporating SEO, accessibility, security and performance considerations into the new experience. 

Building a Digital Foundation for Acqualina’s Next Milestones 

The launch has since grown into a broader digital partnership, with Acqualina continuing to work with Digital Silk across SEO, branded campaigns and email marketing. What began as a new website has become an ongoing collaboration focused on ensuring the Acqualina experience feels just as thoughtful online as it does when guests arrive at the resort.
